We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our pan-european Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance team as a Manager. You will be based in Paris. In this role, your work will mainly focus on:
- Take an active role, as a manager, in the structuring and execution of infrastructure and energy transactions/projects; in the context of public tender, private financing or refinancing, across Europe and other geographies
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of the transaction/projects, including, financial modelling, financial structuring and financing documentation redaction and other technical workstreams but also communication with clients, interaction with lenders and/or investors
- Develop presentations and reports (teaser, information memorandum, financial analysis) in the context of debt raising process
- Manage the overall deal process on live transaction/project
- Take an active role in the commercial development of the Eight Advisory offer: originate financial advisory mandates, participate in marketing activities, undertake any other similar tasks relating to Eight Advisory's entrepreneurial value.
Pré-requis du poste
- A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics
- 5-8 years of work experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Project Finance and/or M&A (e.g. with commercial bank, DFI, consulting firm, asset manager/ fund, or investment bank)
- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
- A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player
- Fluency in French, and English
- Eagerness to work on cross border assignments
