Eight Advisory was founded in 2009 in France by 8 former partners of Arthur Andersen / Big4 companies as a firm specialized in Transaction Services, Restructuring, and Transformation. Today, Eight Advisory has grown to 1000+ employees (including 115 partners) in France, the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, USA (New York), Spain, Germany and Switzerland. Together with the Eight International Network, counting over 650 employees in more than 20 countries, we respond to a growing demand for financial advice from private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates, and investment banks.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services team in Frankfurt and Munich as a Manager / Senior Manager.

Stellenanforderungen

In this role, you will work with senior experts in the field of transaction services:

  • Performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and identifying issues that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction

  • Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce

  • You will be responsible for the day to day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process;

  • You will manage the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders;

  • Steering and providing guidance to team members

  • Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected and encouraged

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Manager/Senior Manager to have :

  • A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics

  • Minimum four years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence

  • Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report

  • Ability to identify key operational performance drivers, cash flow forecasting, and flexibility to support clients with a broad array of issues

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects

  • A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Eagerness to work on cross border assignments

  • Eligibility to work in the EU
