What You’ll Do:

As part of our growing team, you’ll directly contribute to our success by engaging in a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:

  • Building and Updating Financial Models: Support diverse client needs by helping develop models for forecasting, business planning, and valuation.
  • Advanced Analysis: Adapt models for sensitivity and scenario analysis, providing clients with actionable insights to make well-informed decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Create powerful visual reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends, helping clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Review and Quality Assurance: Validate financial models prepared by clients or third parties, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to prepare presentations, attend client meetings, and respond to queries, building lasting relationships.
  • Project Coordination: Assist Project Leads with the planning, monitoring, and administration of client projects to ensure seamless execution.
  • Cross-Collaboration: Work alongside other service lines at Eight Advisory to deliver integrated, high-quality financial insights and solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Take ownership of broader team initiatives, contributing to our operational excellence and success.

Job requirements

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You should bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, STEM, or a related field.
  • A professional qualification (exam qualified ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent) to solidify your expertise
  • A strong understanding of financial accounting, cash flow management, and working capital cycles.
  • Proficiency in Excel with solid foundations in financial modelling techniques and best practices.
  • An aptitude for working through complex datasets, transforming them into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for engaging clients and presenting findings effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure model accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • A team-first attitude with a collaborative approach to delivering results.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Multilingual skills (particularly European languages) are a bonus.
