Job description

As a Senior Manager, you will lead restructuring projects, advising clients on financial and operational challenges. You will drive initiatives to help businesses return to profitability while leading project teams and managing key relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and execution of restructuring plans, including operational and financial restructuring, liquidity management, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of client solutions.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and participating in client meetings.
  • Mentor junior team members and help grow the practice.

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, or financial consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing cross-border projects and working with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Work Proficiency in English, written & spoken
