CFO Advisory - Analyst

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our CFO Advisory team in Brussels as an Analyst. You will advise our clients in optimizing their finance function, processes, and systems. You will work on a variety of assignments, such as:

• Performance management, dashboarding and reporting
• Strategic planning / budget
• Transformation and digitization of the finance function
• Cash flow and working capital improvement
• Post-merger integration
• Business cases and investor readiness

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Analyst to have :

• A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
• Relevant experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting during which you have developed solid financial, accounting or operational skills (business and financial control, process improvement, digital tools, etc.) is appreciated
• An eager team player with an appetite for knowledge
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
• A good set of social and analytical skills and curious mindset
• An eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment
• You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in English, French and Dutch
