Job description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Senior to join our dynamic Tax team in Brussels. In this role, you will play a key part in advising our clients on direct tax matters, working on high-profile, international assignments such as:
- Carve-out and acquisition structuring
- Due diligence
- Integration of transactions (mergers, de-mergers, asset deals, etc.)
- Tax modelling
At Eight Advisory, you will collaborate with both Belgian and global Private Equity firms, along with large corporate clients. From day one, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that drive value for our clients while shaping your career.

Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
- A Master’s degree in Law or Economics (additional Master’s in Tax is a plus)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in direct tax
- A team player with a growth mindset, strong analytical and social skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for challenging and impactful projects
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
