Tax - Manager

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Tax team in Brussels as a Manager. You will advise our clients with the direct tax aspects of a transaction. You will work on a variety of (international) assignments, such as:

• Carve-out and acquisition structuring
• Due diligence
• Integration of transactions (mergers, de-mergers, asset deals, etc.)
• Tax modelling

Our clients are mostly Belgian and international Private Equity players, as well as larger corporate accounts.

• Share ideas and contribute in providing tailored pragmatic solutions for our clients
• Stay up-to-date with the rapid pace of new tax developments

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Manager to have :

• A Master’s degree in Law or Economics
• An additional Master in Tax is considered as an asset
• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in direct tax, preferably with a focus on transaction work
• ITAA qualification is an asset
• An eager team player with an appetite for knowledge
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
• A good set of social and analytical skills and curious mindset
• An eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment
• You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in English, aside from Dutch and French
