Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables - Senior

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant with a strong financial modelling background and a passion for energy transition, infrastructure, and renewables. You’ll advise high-profile clients — from international project developers to private equity and infrastructure funds — on complex transactions that drive real-world impact.

As part of our fast-growing and entrepreneurial team, you’ll take ownership from day one, while being supported by experienced colleagues and a hands-on learning culture.

What you’ll do

• Work on live transactions across infrastructure, energy, and renewables — delivering financial engineering, modelling, M&A, and debt structuring advice.

• Collaborate with clients across Europe on complex, high-stakes deals, shaping the transition to sustainable infrastructure.

• Drive project delivery with increasing autonomy, mentoring junior colleagues and leading workstreams.

• Deepen your expertise through challenging projects, structured feedback, and direct exposure to clients.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, M&A advisory, or the infrastructure/renewables sector.

• Track record in financial modelling, engineering or valuation – and a drive to go even deeper.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, economics or related fields from a top-tier university or business school.

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.

• Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like Power BI or Power Query is a plus.

• Knowledge of project and/or corporate finance, IFRS and German GAAP is a plus.
