Marketing Working Student (m/w/d)

Eight Advisory is an independent, global consultancy specialising in corporate transactions, transformation, and restructuring. We provide clients with financial and operational expertise, standing for competence, a hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial understanding. To strengthen our marketing team, we are seeking a committed individual as a Marketing Working Student (m/f/d) (part-time, 20 hours per week) for our Frankfurt office, to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support for the DACH Region: You will work closely with our Project Manager in DACH and international marketing team, supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives for Germany and Switzerland

• Content Creation & Social Media Management: You will develop creative content ideas for our social media channels (LinkedIn), draft deal announcements, help plan and execute LinkedIn postings, support drafting of whitepaper/articles/newsletters;  help build and maintain our community, analyse the performance of our activities  (traffic, engagement, SEO, etc.), and continuously optimise them

• Event and Fair Organisation: You will assist in planning events in Germany and Switzerland (recruiting events and marketing events) and contribute to other HR and employer branding projects (content, onboarding, etc.)

• Administrative Support: You will support day-to-day operations related to the marketing function,

Your Profile:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

• You have initial practical experience in marketing, social media, or event management (an advantage)

• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (French will be an advantage)

• You know how to use MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva, knowledge of the Adobe Cloud, CRM, CMStools is a plus

• You are creative and have enthusiasm for social media and current marketing trends

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in an international environment

• You have an autonomous, structured working style and a high willingness to learn and adapt in a corporate environment

• You enjoy working with people, like team spirit, and have willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic, international environment
