We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategic Valuation & Modeling team in Frankfurt or Munich as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will work with experts in the field of valuations, transformation, restructurings and transaction services, but will mainly focus on:

  • Performing and reviewing complex valuation models
  • You value companies, intangible and tangible assets as well as strategic alternatives in connection with tax, transactional and accounting matters
  • You provide support with fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structure
  • Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce
  • Being responsible for the day-to-day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process
  • Managing the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders
  • Steering and providing guidance to more junior team members
  • Actively contributing to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected

Pré-requis du poste

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Senior Manager to have :

  • A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics
  • Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report
  • Between six to eight years of relevant professional experience in valuations, corporate finance investment banking or corporate development/strategy
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
  • A clear opinion that you gladly share with others
  • A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner
  • Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Prior experience in developing and managing small teams
  • Eagerness to work on cross border assignments
