- You will work as a fully integrated team member on buy- and sell-side Financial Due Diligence projects

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services team in Zurich as an Analyst. The Transaction Services team in Zurich mainly provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to support its private equity and corporate clients in M&A processes.

Job requirements
- Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress-resistant
- Eager to assume responsibility and to work independently
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university/ business school with preferably a major in Finance, Accounting, business administration or similar
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting, knowledge of Swiss GAAP is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English, preferably German native speaker
- Excellent analytical skillset and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel); experience with analytical tools e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx is a plus
- Previous internships or work experience in finance e.g. audit/ accounting/ M&A/ Controlling is a plus
