A training programme for everyone

Training at Eight Advisory begins in the early days with the appointment of a ‘coach’: a more experienced member of staff responsible for helping new arrivals to develop their skills and integrate into the team through joint assignments.



All our employees also benefit from the close involvement of our Partners in the day-to-day running of the assignments, which helps to optimise the transfer of expertise and the sharing of experience.

In addition to this day-to-day learning, we offer our staff specific courses for each business and each level of seniority.



Modules dedicated to the acquisition of technical skills are offered throughout the year. In terms of ‘soft skills’, we invite consultants from all our offices to come together every year for a seminar dedicated to their level of seniority.

For an analyst consultant, this means more than a hundred hours of training in their first year!

A strong commitment to training our staff

Our teams are heavily involved in training new recruits: an international team of consultants from the firm is responsible for designing and organising all the technical training courses that are essential for learning the profession.



This approach enables us to offer ‘tailor-made’, practical training that is fully adapted to our business.
